I want to crate train our new 4 month old puppy, but my mom doesn’t think it’s right to leave the dog in a crate for an hour and stuff? How long did it take your puppy to be housebroken with crate training? is there any other house braking training? THx

It ya two brothers who come to my house which my chihuahua goes after their feet to attack them. (Teenagers) It n' liked l' forever; one of the brothers, but l' another brother and his n' do not have d' antecedents. I think that the brothers the same odor (They divide a room) what explains why it attacks both. Nor brother was malicious with it, but l' a very high level of l' has; energy and it frightens him when it arrived here. My dog is half pug, quarter poodle and quarter pekingese! I know, a crazy combo (a family member had an accidental breeding occur). He looks and acts most similarly to a pug though!
My wife and I have a mixed breed dog (mostly black lab) who is around eight months old. We recently had him neutered. Before we had him fixed he was house trained. he would sit by the back door until we took him out (granted there were occasional accidents). But ever since we had him fixed, he has used the restroom indoors with no warning. Is this normal? and do we have to retain him or what? Please help
