My brother is moving out in a few months and my mom said i could get a new dog. i want a dog that can protect me. . Would a rottweiler make a good pet for me? It will sleep in my room with me Do they house train easy?? Thanks

i am moving in agust of this year because of my dads job and this time is permanent were going to Mexico and nobody wants to go and we always dreamed of having a dog (we had 4, 2 rottis and 2 lab, rotties 1 got stolen and 1 someone poisoned her and the labs died caus they were to old) ok so my dad told us that one month before we move he is gonna buy us a dog and we ended up with this 4 (my family never agrees on anythig thats why there are 4 dogs, pom-sis rotty-me chihuahua-mom husky-dad) ok same thing happend with the rotties we were gonna get either 2 rottweilers or 2 labradors and since we couldent decide we bought all for and thats probably gonna happen again how do i stop it from happening because i think 4 dogs are to many and which 2 dogs are best thank you for your answers
p. s. we already bought the house in Mexico is a 2 floor house with a huge backyard so there is plenty of room for 4 dogs i just think 4 is too much or what do you think should we buy all 4 or just 2?

I have a Chihuahua who used to love the rottweiler when she was a puppy now that she is 85 pounds she is naturally very scared of her especially because they didn’t grow up in the same house. I understand it’s her natural instinct to be protective of herself, but the rottweiler has never tried to hurt her she just tries giving her toys to play with her and my chihuahua tries to attack her. I’ve tried keeping them in the same room but not next to each other and see if she slowly gets comfortable, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any tips??
it’s obviously not a like issue she used to love her, it’s a size issue. . and i know it can be over come i just need help doing it

ia have 1 year Old rottweiler mix more and at a 3 month Old Chihuahua. When Mia attic i got – my chihuahua i tried tons away with my two dogs Other socialize. Immediately i far removed from the room.
